The whole experience was really comfortable from start to finish, would recommend. There were very comfy beds and a safe, an iron and an electronic key card in the king room. The bathroom there was beautiful.

The staff was efficient, the accommodation was quirky and fairly clean. We liked our family room, it was brand-new and gorgeous. The restaurant was nice, we tried excellent dishes.
The location was pretty bad.

The place was clean and quaint, had attentive staff in front of the desk clerk. Because of a problem with our queen room we were upgraded and had a brand-new room with great views.

Casual and clean place. The staff was very cheerful and everything was awesome. I appreciated our queen room with cozy furniture. The service was top-notch during all my superb stay. Good value and location was practical.

We had a really really nice stay at this majestic hotel. The room was reasonably priced. Daily service was courteous too. Very central location, at a moderate distance from Suzzallo Library.

Historic location, very pleasant staff and en suite rooms, strong wi-fi. Scenic view of lake. Breakfast had plenty of options, including bangers, scrambled eggs, fruit, slices of fresh bread and cheese.

Staff was superfriendly, fab location in a beautiful area. Fairly clean and incredibly beautiful hotel in University district. 0.5 km from the airport. Impressive lobby. Everything was perfectly fine as always.

The place was spotless and staff were smart, I liked simply wonderful location. The bed was comfortable and all in all the room was terrific. Breakfast had variety of options, omelet, pastries, jam, fruit and fresh bread. A happy short stay with a clean swimming pool;))
